Owen is watching TV and I am at the computer (it's in my bedroom). He comes in and here's the conversation:
O- "Mom don't come in the living room."
Me- "Oh really, you say it like that and I think that I should go in the living room."
O- "You can stay in your room and have your privacy."
Me- "Oh, OK?"
O- "Mom are going to stay in your room? Don't come in the living room. I have a surprise in the living room for you. Stay in your bed room."
So I gave him a minute, but of course I HAD to go in the living room! And the best I can tell is he wanted to watch Lilo & Stitch and I usually don't let them (there are much better things on TV). Too funny huh!

He sounds just like Hannah. You are so lucky that is all he was doing in the living room and that he has such a sense of consience that he had to come talk to you (not telling the truth but not able to really lie either.)
Sound to me like O’Owen was trying some of the same psychology we have to use to get him to do the things we want him to do. Gran'ma
